Here again the ordering process in short form, because we have always questions.

1. Select a product.
2. Select your program format.  <-- important
3. Put the items into the basket.
4. Enter your data and check your mail address again.
5. Choose your method of payment.
6. You will receive a mail with our bank account information and order number. Please write the order number on the bank tranfer.
7. If the money is received, we send the maps to your mail address. Saturday and Sunday we do not work. If your mail address can not receive the datasize, we send several packages. We zipp the file with www.winrar.de
8. The e-mail attachment is password protected. You will need your order number to unpack.
9. Prepayment on our german bank account takes about 3-6 days, depending on the bank and your country. Paypal usually only 24 hours.
